The App
Panetto is a dough calculator app for iOS. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that calculations will be error-free in all situations.
Your Content
Any formulas, images, notes, and other content you create in Panetto belong to you. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your content.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service interruptions or account issues.
In-App Purchases
Panetto+ is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional features. Tip jars are optional consumable purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Restore Purchases
You can restore previous purchases at any time through the app. Panetto+ is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its contents. Built-in preset recipes are provided for personal use only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate calculations, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at panetto.app/terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
